费用预算

Cost Budget

1. 学 费：免交安徽外国语学院的学费（书本费另交）

Tuition fee: the tuition fee of Anhui International Studies University is waived (Students may need to pay book fee separately).

2. 住宿费：2600/人/学年（四人间宿舍）

Accommodation fee: RMB￥2600 per student per academic year (Quad dormitory).

3. 伙食费及其它：每月1500-3000元人民币（取决于个人消费习惯）

Food and other expenses: RMB￥1500-3000 per month(depends on personal spending habits)

申请材料

Application Documents

1.申请人原来的学校（以下称家乡大学）负责填写安徽外国语学院外籍交换生申请名单（附件6），并将名单发至                cssan@aisu.edu.cn。Home University should fill in the application list for foreign exchange students to Anhui      International Studies University (attachment 6) and send it tocssan@aisu.edu.cn.

2.交换生申请人须向所在学校提供以下材料，再由家乡大学整理后统一发至上述邮箱。 The applicants for Exchange student   program are required to provide the following documents to their university, which will be sorted out by Home      University and sent to the above email address.

（1）护照扫描件 The scanned copy of passport (photo page)

（2）在校证明扫描件The scanned copy ofregistration certificate

（3）成绩证明扫描件 The scanned copy of academic transcript

（4）安徽外国语学院外籍交换生入学申请表（附件1）

Additional Documents required from qualified applicant

1.海外保险单：申请人须在本国自行购买有效期限为6个月（2月至7月或9月至来年2月）的海外保险，并向安徽外国语学院国际交流处提供保单扫描件。Overseas medical insurance: Applicants shouldpurchase overseas medical insurance with a validity period of 6 months ( Feb to Jul or Sep to Feb) in their home country by themselves, and provide a scanned copy of  the insurance policy to the International Exchange Office of Anhui International Studies University.

2.银行存款证明：申请人须提供不低于2万元人民币的定期存款，存期不少于6个月，并开具存款证明。将定期存款证明扫描件发至邮箱cssan@aisu.edu.cn。

Certificate of Bank Deposit: Applicants should obtain a certificate of bank deposit, which indicates a fixed term  deposit of at least 6 months with RMB 20,000 or more amount. Please send the scanned copy of certificate to        cssan@aisu.edu.cn.
