THE NOTIFICATION OF CULTURAL ACTIVITY FOR FOREIGN TEACHERS

全体外籍教师：

为丰富外教工作之余的生活，增加外教融入感和参与感，兹定于9月25日下午在肥西县公安局设立在我校的境外人员管理与服务站开展外教文化活动。现将活动通知如下：

一、时间：2019年9月25日（周三）下午14：00

二、地点：行政楼一楼境外人员管理与服务站

三、参会人员：（周三下午无课的）外籍教师

Dear Foreign Teachers：

To enrich the spare time of foreign teachers, increase your sense of participation, a cultural activity will be held in the afternoon of 25^th, Sep in School’s office building .Foreign teacher who does not have classes during 14:00-15:00 that day could attend the activity. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:

1. Time: 14:00-15:00 on Wednesday, Sep 25th, 2019

2. Location:Management and Service Station for Foreigners(First Floor)

3. Participants: Foreign teacher who does not have classes during 14:00-15:00 in the afternoon of 25th.
